In early 2018 Bravis were approached by the strategic planning team for the upcoming City Police Station project at 85 George Street in the Brisbane CBD.
Full security fitout over 17 floors & 3 basements
The project kicked off in September 2018 and wrapped up in March 2019.
When it was all done, the new station had a fully integrated security system comprising more than 50 Axis IP cameras, over 90 doors of access control through the Inner Range Integriti platform, Jacques IP intercom, an ANPR entry system for the boom gates, and over 50 display monitors.
Several write-ups were done on this project in various publications and the MP of Police spoke very highly of the system during the opening ceremony.

Why it mattered
A 17-floor, 3-basement operational police station is a continuous-occupancy site with a strict access hierarchy — the access control design had to work floor by floor while the building stayed in use. Bravis was brought in at the strategic planning stage in early 2018, ran the project from September 2018, and handed over in March 2019.
